Common Questions

Since this is a condo unit, is there a condo fee?

Yes. A Condo Corporation is responsible for maintenance of common elements. As a Bare Land Condo, the common elements are much less than a traditional condo building and limited to water, septic, power, roads and common areas. Therefore, the fees are also much less and set at $450/year for 2025.

Can I build a deck or gazebo?

Yes. You can build, gazebo or enclosure with design approval from the condo corporation and the appropriate building permit.

Am I allowed an RV Park Model?

Yes. Any RV or park model, trailer & camper with a manufacturers part number in good condition.

Can I build my own Tiny Home?

No. A "homemade" Tiny Home will not qualify. Each unit requires a manufacturer's serial number.

Can I resell my lot?

Yes. Like any condo corporation, this is yours to resell. Any improvements made to the land with decking or RV Model can be included and reflected in your lot value.

Can I install a storage shed?

Yes. A storage shed is permitted in a designated area on your lot. It requires Corporation Design Approval of size and specifications.

Can I rent my RV or lot?

Yes. We offer a Rental Pool Program that includes booking and support.
