Yes, we offer full rental support from booking to cleaning with a monthly accounting at a 70/30 rental pool split.

Yes, these are optional items that we can offer at partner discounted rates but you can bring or buy your own.

Who looks after lawncare and snow clearing?

We offer an optional summer or winter maintenance package to help ensure your property looks its best.

Who looks after the road, water and sewer?

Lakeview Villa is 10 units with a shared driveway, a common central septic system and water. It's managed through the Lot Owners Association with a $180/month association fee.
